For in-state colleges, have official transcripts sent to any college for free by logging in to your EDU Futures account. For out-of-state colleges, scholarships, and other official reasons, go directly to My Payments Plus. Each transcript will cost $5.00. Please allow a 24 hour turnaround time. Final transcripts are held for 18 months after graduation on Sample High School's campus. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Student Records at 555-555-0044.

If you plan to attend any Postsecondary Institution, a final transcript must be sent!

Below are two methods to obtain a final transcript.

IF YOUR COLLEGE IS IN STATE (no fee required)
You can send your transcript electronically at Edu Futures. Final transcripts should be available online after Monday June 6, 2023. Please check your college deadline. (**Your SSN must be on file with the school for you to use this option)                                                     

IF YOUR COLLEGE IS NOT IN STATE ($5.00 fee required)
Please pay the $5.00 transcript fee online at www.MyPaymentsPlus.com and submit the drop-down form (under school fees). Please mark the appropriate method of transcript delivery on the form. Also, please check the box for "Final Transcript" so that our office does not send a mid-year transcript.
